Since the New Year started on a Wednesday, this week’s menu plan is short. We just had a full week of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, ham and too many baked goods, so I wanted to keep dinner this week simple. My hubby’s request this week was homemade chicken noodle soup. I made a double batch and froze two large portions to have next month. I’ll post the recipe next time I make a batch. In the meantime, enjoy some of these tasty options!
